Schedule twisting

So it was deicded over the weekend that work will be closed May 1st for my co-worker's wedding. I found out today, after I had RSVP'd that I could not come. After some debate I decided that I still will not go because it is just too last minute and I have a wedding the day after and my sister's graduation party the day before anyway. This means that I know get to be at May Day (yay!) but I will be out a day (which = half a week for my schedule) of pay (boo!). It's not too bad though since I'll be moving to a 35ish hour a week soon after.
