It was nice to stay home and relax a bit for once. My lettuce and spinach have been completely devoured by wild rabbits but my roses are blooming themselves crazy so I guess it's ok. More roses mean more rose mead...I'm thinking of adding some ginger to it this year.
Down to only one book after finishing the fifth Harry Potter, Time and Chance, Rose Daughter, The Color of Magic, The Book of Enchanments and all four Enchanted forest books in the past month and a half. shprintzah for suggesting that one and lending it to me, it's wonderful.
I cleaned and did laundry and such today. Napped a bit and studiously avoided baking for once. Ispent the night shopping with my mom. all in all a great day off and I'm looking forward to a great weekend too.
