So friday i called again and got a bit sharp with receptionist who was taken the 4th or 5th unresponded to message and let her know that, much as I hated to do it, my credit card company would be the next ones to bug them if I didn't hear back. About 3 hours later the accountant called and told me they'd credit my account right away, never even told me what I'd been billed for, and I don't care it's done now.
