So this morning I very grudgingly got out of bed for an 8am class at 8:05am, I made it in by 8:20 and the teacher told me not to worry she wouldn't have been on time if she was a student either. It's microbiology so it's not like the class is going to be hard and the teacher was my lab professor in Cell Bio last year so she knows/likes me. I then went back and played on the computer and fell asleep for a bit more. I got up and took a shower and headed off to my history class. It was apparently a mistake to go out with wet hair because for the first time ever in my life it froze. I had my hood up and it only takes ten minutes to get from res campus to the MCB (main college building for those who know not of Simmons) and when I got in I thought my hair felt weird and when I touched it was hard and then melted in my hand...a very odd sensation. American Civilization is a small class ( I was late to it too b/c I needed to pick up some lunch) and promises to be fun. 2 tests, 1 paper and class participation make up the grade. We're studying end of the Civil War through today. It seems it's going to be more discussion and less lecture which is fine with me after 2 and a half years of almost solid science lecture classes behind me. class ended after only half an hour and I am now free for the day... I should really clean up my room but probably won't.
