Ice skating is nice skating

Last night I had a really good time. laurion and I met up at Park Street and walked over to CPK for dinner. We then headed to the frog pond where we went ice skating. I haven't been ice skating in two years (since right after getting new skates) and my sweetheart has NEVER been ice skating before. Neither of us fell down, woot! It was a lot of fun to try and teach him something for a change (often he teaches me stuff) and it was really good to be on the ice again ( I skated a lot as a child). My ankles are protesting this morning about skating around for 45 minutes in skates that still aren't broken in properly but that's ok, it was still great fun and I hope we go again sometime (though laurion is pushing for roller skating right now). Anyway it was an awfully nice eveniong and I got home early enough to study some, see my girls some and still get enough sleep to get to class (mostly) on time for my microbiology exam today.
