Life stuff

So parking is not included in rent but is reasonable and all figured out. Locks are replaced, lease is in hand and smoke detectors are in, apartment is good. My sweetie just did the paperwork for his new place (am so relieved he finally has looking for a new place off his mind) so we'll be moving him in over the next month or so (new place starts in Aug. old place end Sept 1). We have fighting more than usually and I think it's because the last time we had nothing to do on a weekend was before memorial day, no hope for a free weekend in site either. This weekend we are going out for lpaladin's birthday and Saturday I'm going to Falcon Ridge with outlander and my sweetie is seeing his parents in CT (they need help with the camper and it's his dad's birthday). Oh well, we're surviving the fighting pretty well and will hopefully get some free time in Septmeber.

Have lots and lots of errands today. I'm home in Needham so I have a car to do them with. Finally saw my chiropractor today. My back's bad enough that he wants to see me again Friday, and I was down to once every 8 weeks for so long :(. I have a new phone with T-mobile, (number's the same) it's very pretty.

Must get a car of my own and soon. IO hate taking my mom's all the time, especially since I've supposedly "moved out". We got our first bill at the apartment and switched the gas into our names. Have GRE's in a week and have to finish my VMCAS vet school app. In general life is difficult but good. Oh also the sugar-free lemon-meringue pie I made for my Grandpa's birthday this weekend came out beautifully.
