children's math and firefly

So kararmworks for a publisher of elementary school textbooks for a living and as she so often says she gets paid to do kindergarten math. So last night we had a girls' night and we were discussing firefly and kararm revealed the secret reason for her love of her job...subconscious conversion of children to fandom. Apparently she was asked to re-write a word problem for a math text and now in some elementary schoolbook there is a problem about Kaylee, Simon and Zoe and how many oranges they each have. I love my friends.
