Life hits again

asdr83Blah. things are still hectic and stress filled for me but slowly getting better. My final roomate moved in this weekend so now we are four. My sweetie has a place. The trash is no longer sitting in my kitchen 9though we still have no barrel) and the bills are all being paid today. so things are getting better.

laurion and I went out to dinner with friends for < ljuser="lpaladin">'s birthday. We went to cheesecake factory and it was very nice. Over dinner laurion realized his lease signing had been moved and he couldn't get me to where I needed to meet outlander and hfcougar at the planned time of 10:30 the next morning. I rushed out of the restaurant to call outlander and ran straight into jducoeur and msmemory who were coming to get some dessert. It was good to see msmemory up and about and looking well.
Got home on the latish side and while still trying to contactoutlander discovered that during the course of the porting over of my old phone number to my new one my number and my mom's were calling my mom's cell phone. This was very frustrating. My parents assured me things would be okay though.
Woke Saturday to dismal weather andoutlander called to see if we still wanted to go to Falcon Ridge. I said yes and we agreed to meet at 11 after laurion signed his lease. The n headed out to Allston for said signing. We got lost and couldn't find parking. We walked 4 blocks in the rain and I called outlander to reschedule for later. Discovered that my number now called my mom and her number called me. Mom was having a bit of overstress and wouldn't talk to me because she was mentally falling apart and my dad was only sort of helpful. Was sent to walk back to the car in the rain to get my sweetie's checkbook. My knee started to throb. I called outlander and said I was going to be ober late and might not make it. She told me to call when I was on the road and besides hfcougar wasn't there yet anyway. Finally met up with them at noon. Kissed my sweetie goodbye and he headed off to RI to help his parents set up the new camper and see his dad, because his dad's birthday was the next day. I headed off to Falcon Ridge.
Got to Falcon ridge around 3pm and the sun was shining wonderfully. Unfortunatly the Nields had played the night before and the only acts I had wanted to see had either already gone or were going to be going on after we planned to leave (I had work at 9am the next morning and insisted on leaving early because I've not had much rest lately). Dance tent had no swing dancing but the music playing on the main stage was good. Walked around and bought CDs and replaced my favorite ring with a new copy (after 6 years it had worn through). ate greasy food withoutlander and redfishie who we had found there. Left around 8pm to go home. Was tired and feeling bad even though Falcon Ridge was nice (just not the best I'd been too). Had long discussions with outlander and hfcougar about life. They needed to have them but I felt bad because I didn't feel i had enough energy to be really there for them. Also discovered during the day that the problem I was having that i had switched medications for a month ago (which had seemingly disappeared) was now back. Got home around 11:30 pm, accidentally kept the shawl outlander lent me. Called laurion to see if I could come over but realized my parents had the keys to the car and were still out.
My parents came home and thanks to my sweetheart's suggestion of switching the SIM cards my mom and i were able to swap our phone numbers by ourselves. Programmed my mom's phone a bit and talked with her. Checked my e-mail and the car I was going to buy was sold the day before. the other one I had looked at was awful so its back to the drawing board. Ended up going to bed around 1am.
Sunday work was slow.ladysprite gave me some zuchinis from her garden that my dad cooked up that night with summer squash to go with our pasta and sausage, it was yummy. Spent Sunday night with laurion and got to bed nice and early. Worked all day yesterday and have my GREs tonight which I'd best go study for now.
